As soon as it ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can click the link to track your package in real time.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe and to some non-EU countries. Fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the package's weight and your delivery address. Delivery is free for purchases over €35 in mainland France for collection points and €1.50 for home delivery.

How does BlinkBook work?

On some books, you have the possibility:

• to record your voice to tell your story (Tales, Fables, In the time of the dinosaurs)
• to take a selfie (Arts, Transportation, Nursery Rhymes, Princesses)
• to animate your drawing based on a skeleton (In The Time of the Dinosaurs)
  

Where to download the BlinkBook app?

Is the app compatible with all phones?

BlinkBook is compatible with most smartphones and tablets running iOS (version X or later) and Android (version 8.0 or later). A recent device is recommended for the best experience.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to use the app?

Once the BlinkBook app is downloaded, you don't need an internet connection to scan drawings and generate animations.

How many times can you scan a page?

As many times as you want! There are no limits. Once you've colored, you can color over it again, make collages, add materials (modeling clay, shells, fabrics, buttons, sequins, etc.) and redo the photos an infinite number of times to generate as many cartoons as you want. Furthermore, if you have a book in which you can record your voice, you can then create an infinite number of different cartoons!

Is the cartoon still the same?

The cartoon is always the same, however, with your colors, drawings and or voice recording, you can tell different stories and thus create an infinite number of cartoons.

I have several children on the same book, one book for two?

You can detach the pages of the book like a notepad, each person colors a page, you take photos of each coloring and thus create a collaborative cartoon!

I have several children on the same book, each with their own book, how can I make different cartoons?

Simply create one profile per child, so each child has their own space for the same book. Enter the child's first name in the "First Name" tab. Then select the double arrow to create a new account!

Can I download the BlinkBook app for the same book on multiple phones or tablets?

Yes, you can download it on your smartphone (parents) and on your grandparents' if the child is going on vacation with them. The child will then be able to scan their drawings on each smartphone and generate the same cartoon.

Can I watch the cartoon on TV?

You can connect your phone (or tablet) to your TV (or projector) via HDMI cable or Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, and watch your cartoon in a very large format. Smart TV also works very well.

Is this a computer application?

BlinkBook is a mobile application, to be downloaded on smartphone or tablet.

From what age are the books suitable?

Our books are generally suitable for children aged 3 to 12. Some titles may appeal to younger or older children, depending on their interests.

Is there a code to use for animations?

No, no code is required. Simply scan the coloring page with the app.

Do you offer gift sets?

Find box sets on our store page. These boxes have a separate ISBN number, allowing you to group several books in the same box set.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay are available at checkout.

Is payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are protected via SSL protocol. Your data is 100% encrypted.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days from the date of order to change your mind. The product must be new, unused, and undamaged. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
